Stibbert Museum Florence
Museum built by Frederick Stibbert in the 800’s, constitutes a rare example of house-museum, where every room appropriately furnished with works of art to arouse an atmosphere of those times. Stibbert, the financier, had an extraordinary interest for applied arts originating from different countries from all over the world, and among the sections of the museum with key interest is dedicated to the armature and the Cavalcade hall where on display you will find actual size figures of European and Islamic cavaliers.
