The Palazzo, built in 1299 by Arnolfo di Cambio, was the residence of the “Signoria” from the XV century and then from 1540 became the Medici family home, where the Vasari work of arts would lavish and stand out: a 500 century hall, Francesco I small study, Eleonora’s quarters and the Elements quarter. In the house scattered with fundamental works of art from the renaissance period of sculptures, like Genio della Vittoria of Michelangelo and the Giuditta e Oloferne of Donatello.
